By downloading or using ResumeFix, you agree to these Terms and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.
Service
ResumeFix provides tools for creating, organizing, reviewing, and improving résumés and other career materials. You remain responsible for reviewing all content before using or sending it.
AI disclaimer
AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. ResumeFix does not guarantee interviews, employment, compensation, applicant-tracking-system results, or any other career outcome. Do not use the service to provide false or misleading information.
Auto-renewable subscriptions
Paid CareerCopilot plans are auto-renewable subscriptions. The app displays the available plan name, duration, and localized price before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Purchases and refunds
Apple processes App Store purchases, renewals, cancellations, and eligible refund requests. ResumeFix does not receive your payment-card information.
License and acceptable use
You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded products you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store Usage Rules. You may not misuse the service, violate laws or third-party rights, interfere with service operation, reverse engineer protected components, or use ResumeFix to misrepresent qualifications.
Privacy
Use of ResumeFix is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
Availability and liability
The service may change or be temporarily unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeFix is not liable for employer decisions, lost opportunities, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
