ResumeFix provides résumé creation, analysis, job-targeting, and career-planning tools. This policy describes the information needed to operate those features.
Information you provide
If you create an account, ResumeFix may process your email address, name, account identifier, résumé content, job descriptions, career preferences, support messages, and the documents or images you choose to upload. Subscription transactions are processed by Apple; ResumeFix receives entitlement and product information, not your payment-card details.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate your account, provide résumé and career-workspace features, generate requested AI-assisted analysis or writing, restore purchases, secure and improve the service, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.
AI and service providers
When you request AI-assisted analysis or generation, the relevant résumé, job, or instruction content is transmitted to service providers that process the request on ResumeFix’s behalf. ResumeFix also uses infrastructure providers for authentication, data storage, and app operation. Data is shared only as needed to provide, secure, or support the service and is not sold.
Storage and retention
Some workspace information is stored locally on your device; account-linked content and generated results may also be stored in ResumeFix’s hosted systems so the service can operate. Information is retained while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, backups, support, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. You may request deletion through the in-app account controls.
Your choices
You control which résumé and job materials you submit, whether to request AI processing, and whether to purchase a subscription. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. You may delete your ResumeFix account from the app or contact support for assistance.
Security and children
ResumeFix uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted network transport. No system is guaranteed to be completely secure. ResumeFix is not directed to children under 13.
