Contact support
Email info@resumefix.io. Include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a description of what happened. Do not send Social Security numbers, bank details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Subscriptions
Purchases are completed through Apple. Use Restore purchases on the Membership screen when an active plan is not recognized. Manage or cancel a plan in Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting ResumeFix does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Account and data
You can update account details in the app. Use the in-app deletion control to request deletion of your account and associated hosted data. If you cannot access the app, email support from the address associated with your account.
Résumé and AI features
Review AI-assisted suggestions before using them. If an upload or analysis fails, confirm your connection, retry with a supported document or image, and contact support if the problem continues.
